Offense Cycle teaches how to recognize and change negative behavior patterns. The Offense Cycle has seven steps 1) Unmet Needs, 2) Critical Situation, 3) Internal Reaction, 4) Considering Choices, 5) Preparing to Offender, 6) Offense, 7) Avoiding Consequences

Life Story helps understand themselves and how they became the kind of person that hurts others

Success Plan sets goals and makes plans for the future

Values developing strong beliefs to be used to make decisions

Empathy helps to understand how many people they hurt when they committed their crimes
